Insomnia

As you all can see from the title, It is all about insomnia.


For people who don't know what is insomnia, it is basically mean sleep disorder, trouble falling asleep or staying asleep through the night and i swear you all will not want to experience it!!!

I always experience it but of course now my insomnia is better than previous. Last time i can roll on my bed for 4 hour and still awake! Can you imagine yourself rolling on your bed doing nothing but just trying to sleep? Worst feeling ever! 

So how to i know if i have insomnia?

The most common complaints or symptoms in people with insomnia are:
  • Trouble falling asleep on most nights
  • Feeling tired during the day or falling asleep during the day
  • Not feeling refreshed when you wake up
  • Waking up several times during sleep

People who have insomnia sometimes keep thinking about getting enough sleep. The more
 they try to sleep, the more frustrated and upset they get, and the harder sleep becomes.
A lack of restful sleep can affect your ability to do your daily activities because you are tired or 
have trouble concentrating.

A Solution for you~

As i say above, i do have insomnia too and i also try many different ways to make myself sleep
such as:
  • Counting sheep
  • drinking warm milk ( for me i try warm water as i really dislike milk )
  • eating pills to sleep such as flu medicine ( i strongly discourage you all to do so as consuming too much pill is strongly not good for health)
  • listening to relaxing music

All the above i personally have try  it out and the most effective for me is listening to Relaxing music . 

By listening to relaxing music, it will help us to relax our mind and let us fall asleep calmly. You all could try 

this out as i personal think it is the most effective way! ^^

If all this way still do not work for you, you could try :
  • seeing a doctor
  • taking a warm bath
  • get a massage
  • drink herb tea

Hopefully, reader who have insomnia could get better after taking in the solution that i have recommend~~^^
